My Practice

I operate an outpatient private practice offering late afternoon, evening and weekend appointment for my counseling and psychotherapy clients.  It is not an emergency care or crisis oriented practice, therefore if you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest ER.  Additional hours are available for other clients and services. 

My Bio

I earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 1993 from Clark Atlanta University.  After working in the field for several years, I attended graduate school and earned a Master of Social Work degree in 1998 from the University of Georgia.  Since June 2002 , I have held licensure in the State of Georgia as a clinical social worker and as a nationally certified Master Addiction Counselor through the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors (NAADAC).  I have provided therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples and families in a variety of setting for a cumulative of  14 years.   I am experienced with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics and groups.  As a coach, I have completed the Foundations course from the MentorCoach Training Program in Bethesda, Maryland.  I am on staff at Argosy University as an adjunct professor facilitating Practicum Seminar for counseling students.
